• Project Name: Aurangabad – Ankai Doubling Project
• Scope: Doubling of Track including Electrification & Signalling Works
• Client: South Central Railway (Nanded Division)

📍Project Details:

• Section: Karanjgaon Station (km 69.01) to Aurangabad Station (Km 113.15)
• Total Length: 44.14 kms
• State: Maharashtra
• Project Cost: Rs. 447.12 Cr
• Commissioned Under – South Central Railway

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end execution of railway infrastructure projects ensuring delivery within approved time, cost, quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Overall responsibility for execution of:
• Track Works (P-Way)
• Earthwork & Formation
• Bridges & Structures
• Stations & Buildings
• OHE / E&M Interface
• Signalling & Telecom Coordination
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans aligned with contractual milestones.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress against approved baselines schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to contract conditions, specifications, drawings and IR standards.
• Act as the primary Interface with Client, Railway Authorities, and statutory bodies.
• Manage project resources, manpower, Subcontractors, and vendors effectively
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per IR/ISO standards.
• Identify risks and implement delay mitigation strategies proactively.
• Exercise strong cost control, ensuring adherence to approved project budgets.
• Ensure timely completion, testing and commissioning of all project components.
