Project Details:

• Project: Redevelopment of New Delhi Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure.
• Mode: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)

Job Details:

• Designation: AGM/Sr. Manager – Planning
• Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) – Full Time
• Experience: 12+ years in project planning and execution
• Location: New Delhi
• CTC: As per industry best norms + Perks & Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Use project management software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project) to create and monitor schedules.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including government bodies, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and allocate resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to meet Project goals.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks (technical, financial, environmental etc.) affecting project delivery.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams during planning and execution phases.
• Evaluate and approve vendor and Sub-contractor bids to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards.

✅Preferred Experience: 

• Candidates with prior exposure to elevated Metro, high-speed rail, or Railway redevelopment projects will be given preference.
