Key Responsibilities

Assist in receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials
Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and system entries (ERP / manual)
Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and safety of materials
Issue materials as per approved indent or requisition
Support physical stock verification and reconciliation
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and accounts teams
Maintain gate entry records, GRN, challans, and delivery documents
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform seniors for replenishment
Ensure housekeeping and discipline in the store area
Follow company policies, safety norms, and audit requirements

Qualification & Skills

Education: Graduate / Diploma
(Store / Materials Management preferred)
Basic knowledge of store operations and documentation
Familiarity with ERP systems or MS Excel is an advantage
Good coordination and record-keeping skills
