Job Details

  • Position: Manager / Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition (TA)
  • Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
  • Qualification: MBA / PGDBM in HR (Full Time)
  • Experience: 9–12 years in recruitment for EPC / Infrastructure / Construction projects including Highways, Metros, Railways, Bridges, and Urban Infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment for multiple EPC infrastructure projects.
  • Drive bulk and critical position hiring for project sites and corporate office.
  • Partner with senior project leadership on manpower planning strategy.

EPC Infrastructure Hiring Exposure

  • Recruit for roles related to Metro Rail, Highways (EPC / HAM / BOT), Railways, Bridges, and Tunnels.
  • Understand project-specific skill requirements, client approvals, and deployment norms.
  • Ensure hiring aligns with contractual and client requirements.

Sourcing & Stakeholder Management

  • Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, consultants, referrals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, and local sourcing.
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment consultants and vendors.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations, Project Admin, and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding.

Employer Branding & Process Improvement

  • Support employer branding initiatives for infrastructure hiring.
  • Drive recruitment process improvements to reduce TAT and hiring costs.
  • Participate in audits, reviews, and manpower planning meetings.

Process & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Support background verification (BGV), documentation, offer management, and joining formalities.
