✓ Roles and Responsibilities.
– Formulate and implement corporate quality policies, procedures, and guidelines in all projects.
– Plan and allocate resources for the Quality department, including recruitment and training for specific QA/QC roles/projects.
– Develop and implement an internal audit/review program to ensure project compliance with the Project Quality Plan and consultants/contractors’ QMSS.
– Identify non-conformances; monitor and verify corrective actions and recommend areas for improvement.
– Participate in periodic on/off-site inspections.
– Prepare monthly reports, identify strengths and deficiencies in the Quality Management System, and recommend suggestions for improvement.
– Assist in consultant/contractor selections by performing pre-selection audits.
– Provide guidance for training and continual improvement to all stakeholders.
– Timely preparation of Quality Assurance and Quality Testing Plans.
– Ensure construction and material quality at the site meets standard specifications and company policy.
– Plan and conduct regular internal audits, addressing gaps immediately.
– Assist Project Heads in establishing and implementing a Quality Organization by developing SOPs, checklists, ITPs, and verifying their implementation.
– Formulate and implement a snagging and de-snagging procedure.
– Ensure the finished quality of projects meets relevant standards and customer expectations.
– Drive continuous improvement and innovation through best practices.
✓ Desired Candidate Profile.
– Qualification :- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
– Experience :- Minimum of 10 years.
