ABL is looking candidates for Building & Infrastructure divison.

✅Project Manager (Pune)

• Experience: 15+ years in High Rise Building
• Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech – Civil
• Responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensure profitability, budgeting, timely delivery, Contractual compliance, lead planning, resource mobilization, managing project risks and client interfacing for High satisfaction.
• Bring gang men, labour mobilisation, documentation, billing, receivables as per contractual terms.

✅Billing Engineer (Pune)

• Experience: 4+ years
• Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech – Civil (Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage)
• Timely preparation of invoices & collection of payments from the client as per schedule, Monthly reconciliation of materials and providing accurate inputs for budgeting, cost estimation, comparative statements, quantity take-off vendor finalization, MIS reporting, contract review, cost monitoring, claim formulation.

✅Safety Stewards / Supervisor (Pune)

• Experience: 5+ years
• Qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma in Industrial Fire & Safety or relevant.
• Support site safety by assisting in daily Inspection, hazard identification, and ensuring adherence to EHS protocols. Conduct safety inductions for workers, help organize mock drills, monitor PPE usage and availability.
• Report near-miss incidents and violations, maintaining records to aid compliance and audit readiness.

✅Lab Technician – QA/QC (Pune)

• Experience: 7+ years
• Qualification: Any Graduate / ITI
• Conduct material tests for concrete, soil, aggregates, steel to ensure quality with project specifications. Prepare reports, assist in material cost estimation, maintain records for RMC workability and quality check. Collaborate with project teams, report maintenance issues, support data analytics and documentation using relevant Software.

✅Electrical (Pune)

• Experience: 7+ years
• Qualification: ITI – Electrical
• Relevant experience in High Rise Building.

✅Senior Engineer (Pune)

• Experience: 7+ years
• Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech – Civil
• Responsible for RCC & Finishing activities, including high-end floor finishes, joinery, well cladding, facades, Interiors, progress Tracking3, quality checks, safety and quality standards as per project specifications. Coordinate with consultants, clients and service teams, and ensure timely data submission for billing and documentation

✅Store Incharge (Pune)

• Experience: 7+ years
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in store Management
• Responsible for Purchase Stores, SAP, Vendor development, order processing, logistics, compliance. Monitor material availablity, stock transfers, cost ensure timely reporting (MIS, price variance, inventory) while supporting inter-site Coordination, Lead vendor evaluation, audit readiness.

Candidates with relevant experience in EPC companies, and in Residential, Commercial, Highrise buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Shopping Malls, Airports, institutional Campuses, Stadiums, Warehouses, Data Centres are encouraged to apply.
