A. Job Description
1. Prepare Cost to Completion (CTC) and Job Cost Analysis (JCA) for projects.

2. Manage material procurement and inventory.
3. Certify bills submitted by sub-contractors.
4. Maintain material reconciliation records.
5. Prepare variations based on actual site conditions, updated drawings, specification changes, or QT comments.
6. Maintain logs of all certifications, variations, and purchase requests.
B. Requirements
1. Proficiency in Xpedeon is an added advantage.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is required.
3. Senior Quantity Surveyor: 5-6 years of experience.
4. Junior Quantity Surveyor: Minimum 2 years of experience.
5. Experience working on high-rise building projects is an advantage.
