1.  Position: Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager – Operation & Maintenance (Solar)

• Location: Nagda, Madhya Pradesh
• Only Male candidates
• Qualification: B.E/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5 to 8 Years

2. Position: Jr. Engineer/Engineer – Operation & Maintenance (Solar)

• Location: Nagda, Madhya Pradesh
• Only Female Candidates
• Qualification: B.E/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send Daily Generation (DGR) and Breakdown (BDR) reports to Site MIS
• Ensure the plant is running smoothly as per company standards.
• Manage repair and upgrades of Machinery, and coordinate with other departments.
• Check plant equipment regularly and follow proper maintenance schedule.
• Implement best practices in Operation and Maintenance.
• Keep proper records as per business needs and Planning Monitor daily O&M activities and make good use of technician skills.
• Upadate equipment history and ERP system
• Maintain transformers, HT yard, power/control panels.
• Must have knowledge of relay logic.
