• Qualification: Degree – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15-20 years (mega projects, leadership, FIDIC)

2. Construction Manager

• Qualification: Degree – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 12-15 years (Site Coordination)

3. Planning Engineer

• Qualification: Degree – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 7-12years (Primavera/MS Projec)

4. Contract / Commercial Manager- QS Engineer

• Qualification: Degree – QS Engineering
• Experience: 12-15 years (contracts, claims, cost control)

5. Site Engineer

• Qualification: Degree – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 3-8 years (execution, supervision)

6. Foreman (Civil, Rebar, Formwork, Finishing, MEP)

• Qualification: Diploma ITI
• Experience: 7-12 years

7. QA/QC Engineer

• Qualification: Degree – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5-10 years (quality standards, testing)

8. HSE Engineer/Officer

• Qualification: NEBOSH/OSHA + Eng. / Science Degree
• Experience: 5-10 years

9. Materials Engineer

• Qualification: Degree – Civil/Chemical Engineering
• Experience: 7-10 years (concrete testing)

10. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

• Qualification: Degree QS Engineering
• Experience: 5-10 years (BOQ, cost, contracts)

11. Procurement Engineer

• Qualification: Degree – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5-8 years (Material, Vendor mgt)

12. HSE officer / Safety Inspector

• Qualification: NEBOSH / OSHA
• Experience: 5-8 years
