We are seeking an experienced Civil, Structural, and Buildings, Estimator with a strong background in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate cost estimates, managing tender processes and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to support major Industrial facility projects.

Now Hiring: Civil, Structural & Architectural Estimator – Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Sector

Location: Head Office Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation & Quantity Take-offs: Develop accurate estimates for materials, labor and equipment across foundations, pipe racks, equipment supports, and non-process buildings.
Document Analysis: Review tender package, draiwngs and specifications to fully understand project scope and requirements.
Bid & Proposal Management: Prepare detailed bid proposals, coordinate vendor / Sub-contractor pricing, and participate in bid evaluations and negotiations.
Risk Management: Identity scope gaps, market riska and constructability challenges; propose mitigation strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project management and construction tearms to ensure technical alignment and resolve scope issues.
Cost Data & Value Engineering: Maintain unit rate database, analyze cost trends and support value engineering and cost-control initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure all estimates andhre to applicable codes and standards (ACI, AISC, IBC, OSHA) and project-specific requirements.
Reporting: Prepare clear estimate summaries, cost reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Qualification & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s or professional certification preferred).
Experience: 10-15 years of civil & structural estimation experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or chemical industries, covering both Greenfield and brownfield projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in estimation tools and advanced MS Excel
Familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM software
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry codes.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
Effective negotiation and interpersonal capabilities.
