We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with proven expertise in bidding and tendering for large-scale infrastructure & Bridge projects in the GCC.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure & Bridge (Pre-Contract / Bidding)
- Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Industry: Civil Engineering | Construction | Infrastructure | Bridges & Highways
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 8-10 years of pre-contract experience with post contracts experience of main contractors in the GCC
- Mandatory experience in successful bidding/tendering of infrastructure & Bridge projects in UAE / Qatar / Oman / Saudi Arabia.
- Strong quantity take-off and costing background in bridge (pre-stressed, post-tensioned, segments, etc), Viaducts, interchanges, and roadworks.
- Excellent command of English (written & Spoken)
- Currently based in UAE or willing to relocate immediately.
- Bidding experience on Building Projects is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and complete tender submissions for infrastructure, highways, and bridge projects.
- Perform detailed quantity take-off from draiwngs (bridges, viaducts, flyovers, underpass, roadworks, marine structures, etc).
- Identify, evaluate and price risks and opportunities during the bidding stage
- Prepare and manage tender queries, clarifications, and alternative technical proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning and design teams during the bid phase
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sub-contractors and suppliers for competitive pricing
- Participate in tender Interviews and post-tender negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with local authorities requirements.
