1. Maintenance Lead
Qualification Required & Role Overview:
- Electronics / Electrical Engineering graduate with 15+ years in automotive / aerospace precision machining.
- Expert in managing medium to large CNC machinery and preventive maintenance.
- Strong leadership with hands-on problem -solving in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Collaborative, results-driven professionals commited to operational excellence.
Location: Gwalior
2. Lead ME Engineer
Qualification Required & Role Overview:
- BE Mechanical with 12+ years related experience responsible for process planning of new components.
- Cycle time estimation and CNC programming.
- Prove out of part in machine and achive cycle time and quality.
- First approval from customer. Process improvement and documentation.
Location: Gwalior
3. Deputy Manager ME
Qualification Required & Role Overview:
- BE Mechanical with 8+ years related experience responsible for process planning of new components.
- Cycle time estimation and CNC programming.
- Prove out of part on machine and achive cycle time and quality.
- First part approval from customer. Process improvement and documentation.
Location: Gwalior
4. MPI Inspector
Qualification Required & Role Overview:
- Diploma in Mechanical with 3+ years of experience.
- Should have hand on experienc Perform and supervise Magnetic Particle tests in Head shot method, fluorescent MPI, detection both longitudinal & Transverse defects.
- Personnel should have NDT Level-II in ASNT / ISNT certification.
Location: Gwalior
5. SQA Manager
Qualification Required & Role Overview:
- Engineering graduate with 10+ year of relevant experience.
- Responsible for all supplier products meet quality requirements and demands.
- Specific daily duties for this position include supplier interaction, development of supplier inline to our business requirements, supplier performance monitoring, supplier improvement plan adherence, Inspecting products to ensure conformity etc.
