Open Positions:

1. Team Leader – 1 position

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech (Civil) with 20 years of Project / Construction Management experience in the construction of large buildings, road, infrastructure & must have exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.

2. Construction Manager – 3 position

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech (Civil) with 15 years of Project Management experience in the construction of Residential / Commercial / institutional buildings, rodas, and infrastructure and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.

3. Planning Manager – 3 position

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech (Civil) with 10-12 years in Project control’s experience in the construction of Residential / Commercial / institutional buildings, roads, and infrastructure, and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.

4. Design Review Manager – Civil – 2 position

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech (Civil) with master’s preferably in Structural Engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential / Commercial / Institutional.

5. Design Review Manager – MEP – 4 position

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech (Civil) with master’s preferably in Electrical / Mechanical engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential / Commercial / Institutional Buildings.

6. Architect – 3 position

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in Architecture with around 10 years of experience in architecture works for residential / commercial / Institutional Buildings.

7. Quality Assurance / Control Manager – 3 position

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech Civil / Material Engineering / Geology, with matsers preferably in Civil Engineering / Concrete Engineering / Materials engineering with experience as Third party Quality Assurance auditor with 10 years of similar experience.

8. Contracts Manager – 1 position

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or law is mandatory. Master’s degree in management or law being desirable, with 10 years experience in contact Management assignments.

9. Quantity Surveyor – 6 position

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Certificate course from institution of Quantity Surveying with 10 years of similar experience in execution of Residential / Commercial / Institutional buildings.

Job Location: Amravati & Vijaywada

Project Tenure Period: Initially 12-18 month’s of Contract
