Job Role:
- Corporate Governance:
- Prepare documents as per requirements of Companies Act
- Draft and execute agreements, contracts, and resolutions
- File documents with the Registrar of Companies
- Organize and manage general meetings
- Prepare agendas and record minutes
- File corporate returns
- MIS & Reporting:
- Compile all compliance reports
- File annual reports and Stock Exchange reports
- Stakeholder Management:
- Interact with officials in regulatory bodies
