Position Details:
- Job Title: RMC Plant Incharge
- Business Division: Commercial RMC Business
- Project Location: Guyana, South America
- Experience Required: 15+ years
- Employment Type: Freelance (Project-Based)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- MBA preferred (not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end operations of the RMC plant including production, batching, quality control, dispatch, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory guidelines
- Monitor raw material inventory and procurement
- Maintain quality through regular testing and process improvements
- Optimize plant efficiency through cost-control and operational strategies
- Oversee manpower planning, team training, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance
- Troubleshoot issues and lead continuous improvement efforts
- Support multi-location operations and future business expansion
Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in RMC operations, crusher plants, and civil infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in technical, operational, and commercial functions
- Proven leadership in managing multi-location teams
- Familiarity with engineering software, business development, finance, and supply chain
