Qualifications Required
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in:
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering

- Project Management certification (preferred)
Experience Required
- 8 to 10 years of experience in construction / EPC contractor environment
- Exposure to:
- PHE projects
- Water projects
- Wastewater projects
- Environmental projects (preferred)
Job Description
Project Coordinator – Water & Infrastructure Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in project scheduling and progress monitoring (EPC)
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, site teams, QA/QC, safety, and consultants
- Manage drawing control including issue, review, approvals, and revisions
- Support procurement coordination, long-lead item tracking, and material availability
- Monitor site execution:
- Civil
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Instrumentation works
- Interface with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors
- Organize meetings and prepare MOMs
- Prepare DPRs, weekly and monthly reports, MIS, and bills
- Maintain complete project documentation
- Support QA/QC, HSE compliance, and statutory approvals
- Assist in testing, commissioning, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project handover

- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Understanding of construction sequencing and project controls
- Knowledge of E&M systems in water and wastewater projects
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Familiarity with:
- MS Project
- Primavera
- MS Excel
- ERP systems
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and site teams

- Effective communication and issue resolution
- Accuracy in reports and documentation
