E- Key Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents to understand project requirements, deliverables, and compliance criteria.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive technical and commercial tender documents.
• Collaborate with the technical team to define project scope, resources, methodology, and execution plans.
• Ensure all submissions comply with legal, technical, and quality standards.
• Manage the entire tendering process from document review to final submission.
• Maintain and update the tendering database and document control system.

F- Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Project management/tendering certifications preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 6+ years in tendering, especially in road and power construction projects.

G- Skills Required.

• Expertise in tendering software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
