PROJECT Development of 4 lane Economic Corridor from Bowaichandi to Guskara-Katwa Road Section Km 89.814 to Km 133.000 of NH 116A (Package-3) in the state of West Bengal under Hybrid Annuity Mode

Open Positions

1. Engineer – I-Girder Erection (Job Code: BGGE05)

• Qualification: BE Civil with 5+ years / Diploma with 7+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising the erection of precast I-girders at site locations.
• Role includes preparing erection methods, ensuring accurate alignment and placement, managing safety and quality compliance, and supporting timely execution in coordination with the site team and crane operations.
• Minimum Relevant Experience: 3 years

2. QC Engineer (Job Code: BGGC08)

• Qualification: BE Civil with 8+ years / Diploma with 10+ years of experience in bridges, flyover, and viaduct in NHAI/MORTH/PWD projects.

3. Foreman – PCY (Segmental) (Job Code: BGPCYCF15)

• Minimum 15 years experience in overseeing the daily operations in the segmental casting yard for precast concrete segments used in infrastructure projects such as bridges and viaduct construction.
• Role ensures that segment production is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Minimum Relevant Experience: 10 years

4. Foreman – Launching & Erection (Job Code: BGLF15)

• Minimum 15 years experience in Segmental Erection & responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field activities involved in the erection of precast bridge segments using a launching girder or underslung method.
• Includes managing a team of workers, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and executing the work as per the approved erection method statements and project schedule.
• Minimum Relevant Experience: 10 years

5. Foreman – I-Girder Erection (Job Code: BGGE15)

• Minimum 15 years experience in supervising and managing the on-site activities involved in the erection of precast I-girders.
• Role includes overseeing lifting operations, guiding crews during placement, ensuring proper alignment, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the erection process.
• Minimum Relevant Experience: 10 years

6. Senior Manager (Job Code: BGSM15)

• Qualification: BE Civil with 15+ years / Diploma with 18+ years of experience in bridges, flyover, viaduct in NHAI/MORTH/PWD projects.
• Must be capable of handling one section of approx. 200 Cr.

7. Manager – PCY (Segmental) (Job Code: BGPCYM10)

• Qualification: BE Civil with 10+ years / Diploma with 13+ years of experience in managing the entire casting yard operations for the production of precast segments.
• Responsibilities: planning, supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of all casting yard activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality segments as per the project schedule.
• Relevant Experience: 10+ years preferred
• Experience in NHAI/MORTH/PWD projects preferred

8. Manager – I-Girder Erection (Job Code: BGGE10)

• Qualification: BE Civil with 10+ years / Diploma with 13+ years of experience in planning, managing, and supervising all activities related to the erection of precast I-girders at the project site.
• Role ensures operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Must coordinate with multiple teams including logistics, engineering, safety, and equipment operations.
• Relevant Experience: 10+ years preferred
