Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (P-way Track Engineering or relevant field knowledge preferred)
Experience:
- 10+ years in railway projects with technical expertise
- Experience in project coordination and technical management
- Knowledge of infrastructure, construction, and technical specs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
🧰 Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical and operational aspects of railway projects
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors & railway authorities
- Ensure compliance with railway regulations and safety norms
- Monitor project progress using MSP / Primavera
- Identify challenges and implement solutions
- Work with SAP for documentation, reporting, and communication
- Understand contractual obligations, terms, and conditions
