About The Role
We are seeking a Solar Design Engineer with strong expertise in utility-scale solar park engineering and design. The candidates will be responsible for in-house design and engineering of solar power plants.
The role requires hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing solar plant layouts, electrical single line diagrams (AC & DC), cable sizing, equipment selection, and technical documentation required for execution of solar park projects.
The candidate should be capable of designing a solar power plant end-to-end, from concept stage to detailed engineering suitable for EPC execution.

Experience
- Minimum 5 Years (Utility Scale Solar Projects)
Required Technical Skills
Candidates must have experience in:
- Utility-scale solar park design
- PVsyst generation simulations
- AC and DC electrical system design
- HT and LT cable sizing calculations
- SCADA and plant monitoring systems
- Protection and earthing design
Software Proficiency prefered
- AutoCAD
- PVsyst
- Excel based electrical calculations
- Basic power system analysis tools
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with solar EPC companies or renewable energy developers
- Hands-on experience in designing solar parks above 5 MW capacity
- Strong understanding of open access solar projects and grid interconnection
- Ability to independently handle complete plant engineering
