1. Vice President/G.M – Corporate – 01

• Full-time candidate should have an MBA with a minimum of 20+ years of leadership experience in a large organization. Must have expertise in corporate strategy, finance, legal, administration & liaisoning.

2. V.P/G.M – Sales & Marketing – 01

• Candidates should have a MBA with 20+ years of experience in the large-scale real estate industry. Must have team handling capabilities, a proven track record in sales marketing, and brand promotion.

3. V.P/G.M – Construction – 01

• Full Time candidates should a B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 20+ years of experience in the large-scale construction industry and in-depth knowledge of residential projects.

4. Project Manager (Civil) – 02

• Candidates should have B.Tech/M.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in the large-scale construction industry and in-depth knowledge of residential projects.

5. Contract/Doc. Manager (Civil) – 02

• Candidate should be a B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil with 8-10 years of experience in handling construction contracts & documentation. Must have strong knowledge of contract drafting, reviewing documents.

6. Planning Engineer (Civil) – 02

• Candidate must have a min. of 5 years of experience in project planning, creating Schedules, and ensuring allocation by managing all aspects of a project, with in-depth knowledge of residential construction.

7. Billing Engineer (Civil) – 02

• Candidate must be a B.E/B.Tech (Civil) with 5-7 years of experience in billing work have strong knowledge of project billing, BOQ preparation, and quantity estimation.

8. Quality Engineer (Civil) – 02

• Candidate must have a min. of 5 years of experience in quality assurance for Civil construction projects skilled in site inspection, quality control processes, material testing, & ensuring compliance with.

9. Architect – 02

• Candidates mus have a B.Arch with a Min. Of 5-7 years of experience in designing residential & commercial projects. Proficiency in drafting, along with expertise in AutoCAD & 3D modeling is required.
