Role Overview: As a Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Afcons’ long-term strategic plans. This includes identifying growth opportunities, ensuring operational alignment, providing analytical support, and guiding top management decision-making.

You will work closely with senior leadership, including the Executive Vice Chairman’s office, to develop corporate finance strategies, monitor project performance, benchmark against competitors, and explore new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term strategies with leadership and business unit heads.
• Conduct detailed business analysis and identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate and facilitate execution of company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Monitor strategy implementation progress and provide actionable insights.
• Benchmark financial and operational performance against industry standards.
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging sectors for expansion.
• Prepare high-level reports, including the Management Discussion & Analysis for the Annual Report.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 8–12 years, with at least 4 years in Corporate Strategy / Management Consulting.
• Exposure to EPC / construction industry is a must.
• Education: MBA from a premier institution; B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.
• High commercial acumen, process orientation, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Excel.
