1. Construction Managers (Water, Waste Water, Reuse)

• Job Code: SR001
• Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Civil) & M.Tech Civil/Environmental/Public Health Engineering / Water Resources with 15+ years experience.
• Key Skills: Infrastructure development projects in the development of Industrial parks, township, SEZs, roads, airfields, and urban utilities such as water supply, wastewater and reuse networks.

2. Construction Manager (Storm Water Drainage RCC Ducts for Power and ICT)

• Job Code: SR002
• Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Civil) & M.Tech Civil/Environmental/Structures / Geotechnical / Soil Mechanics with 15+ years experience.
• Key Skills: Infrastructure development projects involving the development of industrial parks, township, SEZs, roads, airfields, and urban utilities such as stormwater systems, RCC ducts for power, and ICT networks.

3. Environmental Managers

• Job Code: SR003
• Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Civil) & M.Tech (Environmental) with 10+ years experience.
• Key Skills: Proven experience in handling environmental components of urban infrastructure development.

4. Planning Managers/BIM

• Job Code: SR004
• Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Civil) & M.Tech (Construction Management) with 10+ yrs experience.
• Key Skills: Experience in project controls for infrastructure development projects, including integrated infrastructure for industrial parka, township SEZs, roads, airfields and, urban utilities such as water supply, wastewater, drainage, power distribution, water treatment plants, and sewage treatment plants.

5. Contracts Managers

• Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Civil) & M.Tech Engineering/Management or Law with 10+ years experience.
• Key Skills: Proven experience in contract management across urban infrastructure projects, including procurement, compliance and Contractor Coordination.

6. OHS Manager

• Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Civil) & Masters in Occupational Health & Safety with 10 years experience.
• Key Skills: Experience in occupational health and safety (OHS) assignments, including risk assessment, compliance and safety management in infrastructure projects.
