1. Assistant Manager – Sub Contract

• Experience: 5 to 8 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Location: HO (Raipur)
• Nature Of Project: National Highway

Desirable: To Implement and ensure all agreements are reviewed and handled as per project contract management process.

2. Manager – Tender & Bidding

• Experience: 10 to 15 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Location: HO (Raipur)
• Nature Of Project: National Highway

Desirable: Should have knowledge on tendering, estimation, costing of projects.

3. AGM / Sr. Manager – Planning & Monitoring

• Experience: 15 to 18 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Location: HO (Raipur)
• Nature Of Project: National Highway

Desirable: Developing, monitoring and executing project plans for highway, construction and maintenance, including managing scope, budget, resources, and risk, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating teams and stakeholders.

4. Engineer / Sr. Engineer

• Experience: 4 to 6 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Location: HO (Raipur)
• Nature Of Project: Coal Mines

Desirable: Co-ordination with site & HO

5. Sr. Executive – Procurement

• Experience: 4 to 6 years
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Location: HO (Raipur)
• Nature Of Project: National Highway

Desirable: Co-ordination with site & HO

6. Project Manager

• Experience: 15 to 18 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
• Nature Of Project: National Highway

Desirable: Defining project scope, managing the team and resources, setting schedules, Monitoring progress, controlling budgets, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring quality deliverables.

7. DPM – Highway / Structure

• Experience: 15 to 18 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
• Nature Of Project: National Highway

Desirable: Supports the project Manager in delivering highway construction projects om time and within budget.

8. AGM / Sr. Manager – Planning & Monitoring

• Experience: 15 to 18 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
• Nature Of Project: National Highway

Desirable: Developing, monitoring, and executing project plans for Highways construction and maintenance.

9. Manager / Sr. Manager – Survey

• Experience: 15 to 18 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
• Nature Of Project:  Highway Project

Desirable: Responsible for managing all surveying aspects, including felldwork, data collection analysis and reporting to ensure the accuracyand completion of surveys for the project.

10. Manager / Sr. Manager – Quality Control

• Experience: 15 to 18 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
• Nature Of Project:  Highway Project

Desirable: Focus on material testing, quality control, and adherence to project specifications.

11. Sr. Executive – Procurement 

• Experience: 4 to 6 years
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Location: Hathibena Site (Orissa)
• Nature Of Project: National Highway

Desirable: Responsible for the store and managing materials.
