Designation: General Manager / Dy. General Manager – Operations

• Qualifications Required: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 20 to 25 Years
• Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality-compliant delivery aligned with business goals.
• Monitor project profitability, optimize resources utilization, and manage cash flow to achieve desired financial outcomes.
• Manage contractual correspondence, claims, change orders, and ensure timely approvals and payments while fostering strong client partnerships.
• Provide insights on feasibility, costing, and execution strategies to strengthen bid competitiveness and win rates.
• Review and approve designs, ensure timely Client approvals, and drive value engineering for cost-effective, Innovative solutions.
• Identify execution risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and ESG standards.
• Regularly update leadership on project milestones, budgets, and resource utilization, addressing deviations proactively.
• Lead, monitor and develop project teams by tracking KPIs, resolving issues, and driving high performance through feedback and recognition.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have successfully completed at least two commercial or residential building projects from start to finish.

Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in:-

• Coordination of 3 or more commercial / Industrial building projects.
• Execution of construction works in hilly terrain
• Will to travel extensively (15-20 days per month)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a go-getter attitude.
