Designation: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – BD & Tendering (Renewable Energy Division)

• Qualification Required: BE / B.Tech – Electrical
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years
• Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive market intelligence and lead generation target profitable opportunities.
• Scout for tenders, analyze market trends, and engage with key stakeholders to develop a robust project pipeline.
• Assisting in sourcing strategies partnership and JVs , strengthening client relationships.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities, to provide a competitive edge and inform strategies decision-making.
• Prepare and present data-driven recommendation to senior management.
• Drive client engagements through targets outreach, tailored proposals, and presentations in key industry forums.
• Engage with key stakeholders from government and private sectors to secure new buisness opportunities and report engagements.
• Regularly track and update the pipeline status, ensuring alignment with market trends, business vision and Internal capabilities.
• Filter out irrelevant tenders and prioritize potential opportunities based on BU expertise and project capacity.
• Preparing tender includes all data / details required as per the tender requirements.
• Prepare costing and cash flows for participation in tenders.
• Identifying the cost Drives and strategices to be implemented to prepare a competitive bid.
