We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Manager – Tendering

Ravi Infrabuilt Projects Ltd Hiring

Position: Manager (Tender & Bidding)

• Industry: Construction (Road & Highway)
• Location: Head Office Udaipur, Rajasthan

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 8-10 year’s proven experience in tendering & bidding (Infra Projects)
• Strong knowledge of documentation, e-procurement & goverment portals.
• Excellent coordination, communication & negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & evaluate tender opportunities (Govt. portals, e-procurement, newspapers)
• Review RFP, RFQ, EOI for Roads, Bridges, Buildings, Railways, Runways & Ropeways projects.
• Prepare & compile technical and financial bid documents.
• Manage online submission, reverse auctions & tender compliances.
• Coordinate with government authorities, JV partners, Sub-contractors & consultants.
• Liaise with departments such as NHAI, NHLML, MORTH, Railway, PWD, MPRDC, RVNL and other government agencies.
• Coordinate with JV partners, Sub-contractors and consultants for tender Finalization.
• Draft and submit responses to client queries / clarifications.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, technical and financial bid openings.
• Maintain tender records, bid security registers, and documentation compliance.
• Assist in agreements for awarded projects.
• Travel in finalizing agreements for awarded projects.
• Travel as required for tender submission and client meetings.
• Maintain complete tender documentation & agreements for awarded projects.
