1. Manager / Sr. Manager Contrcats
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Mech)
- Experience: 10+ years
- Work Location: Dholera, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the entire contractual lifestyle of projects, from initial negotiation to final closure.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing all contracts related to the project, ensuring legal compliance, and mitigation potential risks.
- Claims Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Contractor / Sub-contractor Management
- Dispute Resolution
- Tender & Bid Management
2. Dy. Manager / Manager – Quality (Civil / Elect. / Mech)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Mech / Electrical)
- Experience: 5 to 8 years
- Work Location: Dholera & Sanand, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for giving quality assurance to the client and quality control on site.
- Establish and maintain a testing lab on site with appropriate certified equipment.
- Constantly maintain and improve quality performance.
- Must have experience of working on site as quality control manager for a major building / Infrastructure Projects.
- Well versed with all QMS procedures as per ISO standards.
3. Manager / Senior Manager – Construction – MEP
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Mech / Instrumentation)
- Experience: 10+ years
- Work Location: Jagiroad, Assam
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects, ensuring these systems are installed and function efficiently.
- This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing all MEP – related activities, from design and procurement to installation and commissioning
