• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering; PG in Management preferred
• Experience: 20 years (including 10 years in project management & 5 years in railway project finance)

2. Architect

• Qualification: Graduate in Architecture
• Experience: 10 years (with 5 years in railway/transport-related building design)

3. Expert – Contract Management

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15 years (including 8 years in contract management of infrastructure projects)

4. Senior Design and Review Expert

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering; PG in Structural Engineering preferred
• Experience: 15 years (with 8 years in design & review of railway infrastructure)

5. Land Acquisition Expert

• Experience: 15 years (with 5 years in railway/transport projects; expertise in resettlement, legal & admin processes)

6. Chief Sector Expert (Finance)
