Designation: Residential Commercial Manager (RCM)
Relevant Experience:
- Must have executed OGH projects of value more than INR 1000 crores.
- Experience of executing large-scale
- Previous International Experience in similar works is preferable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In-charge of the execution works at site
- Responsible for delivering the project on time within budget and meet all stakeholders expectation.
- Prepare and submit all necessary submission relating to construction of the works in accordance with contract requirements.
- Define, establish and maintain appropriate overall plant and human resources required to deliver the project.
- Optimise, increase productivity, minimise wastage as per the sustainability principles.
- Oversee the keeping of appropriate site records.
- Responsible for the on-site, quality and environmental performance.
- Monitor and maintain construction productivity and spending in line with budget.
- Recognise and record change in technical and construction areas of the project.
- Liaise closely with HSE & Quality teams in order to continually monitor and improve safety, quality and environmental performance.
- Liaise closely with planning to establish, monitor and maintain progress.
- Interact with the project co-ordinators, all internal and external Construction interfaces.
- Establish and develop appropriate skill levels within the workforce.
- Communicate all construction issues amongst the construction team.
- Delegate authority within the construction team when appropriate.
- Develop and review construction methodology with a view to improving and manage all risks associated with the execution of works.
- Ensure compliance to company standards in terms of quality, safety and sustainability.
