J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd Jobs 2025 – GMLR Tunnel Project Hiring QS/Billing Manager

Position Details:

• Role: QS / Billing – Manager
• Project: GMLR Twin Tunnel Project, Goregaon, Mumbai
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. (Civil)
• Experience: 12–15 years in Quantity Surveying for Tunnel Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs for client and subcontractor billing.
• Ensure timely preparation of client bills and payment realization.
• Review subcontractor bills and forward for processing within timelines.
• Evaluate additional variations, deviations, and claims with detailed backup.
• Prepare monthly cost vs. value reports and material reconciliations.
• Apply expertise in rolling margin, rate analysis, BOQ, and BBS.
• Ensure compliance of RA bills, estimates, and variations with project requirements.
