Objective of the Role

To provide strategic leadership and operational guidance for the best-in-class delivery of large Oil & Gas Hydrocarbon projects, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on contractual matters, project progress, and decision-making.
• Manage risks and explore opportunities for project success.
• Drive the commercial performance of projects, including billing, margins, and claims.
• Oversee project planning and ensure timely contractual delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of quality, safety, productivity, and integrity.
• Uphold strict compliance with systems and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: 20+ years in EPC project management, specifically in the Oil & Gas Hydrocarbon sector.
• Proven leadership track record in delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
• High commercial acumen, process orientation, and decision-making capabilities.
• High energy, integrity, work ethics, and interpersonal skills.
