• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Preferred: MBA or PG Diploma in Construction/Project Management
• Experience: Minimum 23 years in Railway or Highway projects

2. Chief Contract Management Expert – 01 Position

Qualification:

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15+ years in contract management (railway, highway, airport, or bridge projects),

OR

Diploma in Civil Engineering with 18+ years of relevant experience

3. Chief Sector Expert (Estimation & Tendering) – 01 Position

Qualification:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15+ years experience,

OR

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 18+ years experience

Requirement: Must have handled estimation and tendering in infrastructure projects such as railways, highways, bridges, and buildings

4. Chief GAD, Design & Review Expert – 01 Position

Qualification:

• Master’s in Structural Engineering with 15+ years experience in bridge/viaduct design for railway/metro/SPV projects, OR
• Graduate in Civil Engineering with 17+ years experience,

OR

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 20+ years experience
• Preferred Exposure: RRTS, HSR, NHAI, MORTH projects

5. Chief Sector Expert (Surveying, Liaison & Land Acquisition) – 01 Position

Qualification:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15+ years experience,

OR

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 18+ years experience, OR
• 15+ years as SE/SSE or equivalent in Railway Civil Engineering Dept., or Assistant Manager and above in RITES, IRCON, RVNL, Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, Metro Rail Corporations

Requirement: Must have expertise in surveying, liaisoning, and land acquisition for railway/infrastructure projects
