ABL is looking candidates for High-Rise Building Works and Infrastructure Projects.

1. Senior Construction Manager

• Job Code: 14-BLCM2025

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A Master’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent in an advantage.

Experience: 10+ years in High-Rise Building Works and Infrastructure Projects.

2. Purchase Officer

• Job Code: 15-BLPO2025

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering , Commerce , or related field.
2. Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement in an advantage.

Experience: 5+ years in managing the procurement of construction materials required for building and infrastructure projects.

3. Quantity Surveyor, Contracts & Billing Engineer

• Job Code: 16-BLQS2025

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Certification in Quantity Surveying or related professional training is an advantage.

Experience: 8+ years in Building Works is responsible for ensuring precise contracts management, quantity estimation, accurate billing, and efficient management of all aspects of quantity surveying and Sub-contractor billing for building works from an Office’s perspective.

4. Accounts Executive

• Job Code: 17-BLAC2025
• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, BBA in Finance)
• Experience: 8+ years experience in the construction industry is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial and accounting operations specific to the construction industry.

5. Junior/Senior Engineer

• Job Code: 19-BLSE2025
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience to support high rise building construction site operations.

6. Supervisor

• Job Code: 21-BLSS2025
• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 7+ years of expertise to oversee and manage on-site construction activities.

7. Store In Charge

• Job Code: 22-BLST2025
• Qualification: Diploma or Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Civil)
• Experience: 7+ years in managing the materials and inventory at a construction site or warehouse. The role demands a minimum experience with meticulous record-keeping, monitoring material movement, reconciliation, and maintaining proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
