Walk-In Interview L&T Energy Carbonlite Solutions
Hiring for L&T knowledge City, Vadodara, Manufacturing facility at Hazira (Surat), and for Project Sites.
Education: Degree or Diploma holders in Engineering from Mechanical, Civil and Control & Instrumentation disciplines.
Experience: 3 to 15 years related to the power Industry in relevant functions is a must.
Supply Chain Management
- Job involves procurement of Mechanical static equipment, Rotary Equipment, Mechanical packages, Electrical and Instrumentation materials, Construction/Bulk materials, Construction & Erection services and Logistics for projects. For Manufacturing, job involves ordering large fabricate items, casting & forgings Procurement, vendor selection, evaluation & negotiation, ordering heavy-duty box & hydraulics and Vendor development & expediting.
Manufacturing
- Job involves supervisory of shopfloor manufacturing process for painting, coating, surface preparation, Priorities safety, quality (First-Time Right) and housekeeping (5S). Supervise workmen to ensure efficient timely completion of job, Proficiency in CNC and fabrication, Programming in Generator manufacturing, SAP and knowledge of TQM, TPM and KAIZEN will be advantage.
Environment, Health & Safety:
- Job involves implementation, operation, maintenance of EHS requirements and training of personnel for compliance at manufacturing units and project Sites as per EHS standards.
Quality Management
- Job involves development, implementation and maintenance of Quality Control and Quality Assurance process including conducting inspections & testing of equipment for Manufacturing process, Knowledge of inspection of component, third party witness inspection, inspection of welding, NDT, UT, PT, MT & RT will be advantage.
Store Management
- Job Involves handling overall function of Site Stores, Ensuring for documents availability of all incoming materials as well as preparation of GRN and handing over the same to accounts. Responsible for physical checking, counting and verification of materials, Maintaing Stock of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Consumables, Spares and Packing Materials etc. Delivering daily/monthly report of dispatches to Management.
