Position Available:
1. Diploma Trainee Engineer – FRESHER (Electrical, Mechanical 2024 & 2025 pass-out only)
- Particulars: For Operation and Maintenance Services
2. Shift Engineers (Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics)
- Particulars: BE/Diploma + 1-5 years of work experience
Job Description: Fresher – Diploma, Electrical / Mechanical:
- Candidate screening & selection process will be as follow:
- Academic criteria screening 45% throughout (10th, Diploma aggregate %)
- Electrical/Mechanical Diploma, 2024 & 2025 Pass-out candidate only.
- Male candidates preferred for site operations: Age of 18 years complete on the day of selection.
- Job Location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations – PAN India
Trainee Engineer Categories & Packages:
- DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level) CTC 2.00 lakh pa+ additionally will get the following benefits (Bachelor shared accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon. Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy) 6 weeks traning program (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks – OJT (On Job Training).
