Project: 4-Lane Highway – Belgaum – Hungund – Raichur, Karnataka

Job Details:

• Designation: Deputy Manager – Billing & Planning
• Education: B.Tech – Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 10 years
• Location: Belgum – Hungund – Raichur, Karnataka

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and validate client bills, Sub-contractor bills, and vendor invoice as per contract agreement.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up for bill certifications.
• Track project costs and control budget versus actual expenditures.
• Monitor project Schedules, track work progress and identify deviations.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and calculate project quantities (earthwork, structures)
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and Interanal teams for regular progress reviews.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms, SOR (Schedule of Rates), and statutory compliance.
• Prepare Change of Scope (COS) documentation.
• Generation work Order’s, Purchase Requisitions and Material Reservation using SAP.
• Maintain and present Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.

Software Skills Required:

• Road Estimator
• SAP
• MSP/Primavera
