MaRS Consultancy we are looking for following professionals Postions.

1. Team Leader cum Project Manager

Role: Overall project management, execution monitoring, coordination and client interaction.
Qualification: Graduate Civil Engineer with 15+ years experience in construction or retired Railway/PSU Engineer (JA Grade or above)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in senior roles (JGM/AGM) in organization like RITES, IRCON, RVNL, DFCCL, Metro Rail.

2. Resident Engineer (Civil)

Role: Support Team Leader, manage civil construction, supervise technical activities, site coordination.
Qualification: Graduate Civil Engineer (10+ years) or Diploma (15+ years) or Retired Railway/PSU Engineer with 7+ years relevant experience.

3. Civil Expert

Role: Provide technical oversight, ensure quality standards and design compliance in civil works.
Qualification: Civil Engineering Graduate (5+ years) or Diploma (7+ years) or Railway/PSU SSE/SE level with 5+ years experience.

4. Site Engineer (P-Way)

Role: Execution, supervision, quality assurance Permanent Way (track) works.
Qualification: Civil Engineering Graduate (3+ years) or Diploma (5+ years) or Railway/PSU SSE/SE (P-way) with 3+ years experience.

5. Site Engineer (Bridge)

Role: Manage bridge construction, ensure Structural integrity and safety compliance.
Qualification: Civil Engineering Graduate (3+ years) or Diploma (5+ years) or Railway/PSU SSE/SE (Bridge) with 3+ years experience.

6. Site Engineer (Works)

Role: Supervise and execute general civil works including buildings, roads, foundation, culverts.
Qualification: Graduate civil Engineer (3+ years) or Diploma (5+ years) or Railway/PSU SSE/SE (Works) with 3+ years relevant experience.
