Work Location: Benguluru
1. Technician – Assembly Mechanical
- Education: Diploma
- Experience: 3-5 years in aerospace
Job Description:
- Experience in components installation (mechanical components like hydraulic / fuel components, control roads, engine gear box) and fasteners tightening (with torque)
- Assembly locking (locking wire, split pin)
- Able to understand & read mechanical Structural / installation drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
2. Technician – Electric Assembler
- Education: Diploma OR AME
- Experience: 3-5 years in aerospace
Job Description:
- Proficient in reading electrical installation draiwngs, loom harness laying, and electrical connections.
- Preferred knowledge of electrical and avionics component installation.
3. Manufacturing Engineering – Airframe
- Education: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: 5-8 years
Job Description:
- Knowledge of helicopter systems, assembly, engineering drawing, and SAP.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing or overhauling preferred.
4. Manufacturing Engineering – Special Process
- Education: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: 5-8 years
Job Description:
- Extensive expertise in aircraft materials, assembly, painting, drilling, riveting, repair processes and special techniques for metalic and composite structures.
5. Technician – Painter
- Education: Diploma
Job Description:
- Prepare aircraft surfaces through sanding and priming.
- Adept at using paint tools and interpreting engineering documents for accurate execution.
