Role & Responsibilities:
- Joining of Employees
- Processing payroll, attendance, and exit formalities.
- Handling of employees grievances and ensuring smooth running at the site.
- Registration of licences under different labor laws.
- Handling incidents and accidents at the on a priority basis.
- Maintain all statutory compliance registers and records.
- Collect all statutory compliance documents from the Sub-contractor on a monthly basis.
- Prepare MIS reports.
- Implementation HR Policies.
